Watched Babel a couple of days ago. Was wondering what the hype about the show was. Turned out to be kinda disappointing. It was too long, the ending was anti-climatic, abrupt and lacked a proper resolution/closure, and despite the attempt to link the various stories together, the film simply lacked any real connection, to each of the stories and to the audience. So you don't really feel for the movie...

On the other hand, the GV max cinema at Vivo City was fabulous!! It was huge with really comfortable large spaced out seats... it puts the other cinemas to shame!

Had a prenatal massage yesterday...figured it would be alright to pamper myself a bit. So called up a malay masseur recommended in the baby forums - it was $50 for 2 hours so it was a good deal. It was the most painful experience ever! The tiny malay lady was incredibly strong and her thumbs had superhuman strength!!! And she said that she wasn't using much strength coz it was my first time! *faints* But it did feel good as she tried to squeeze out all the wind and water retention and stress...but I'm aching so bad today. Maybe I'll use her for my post-pregnancy massage too...can squeeze all the excess weight off :P
