Hubby was sick the whole weekend... just laid in bed moaning and sleeping. Took him 4 days to finally decide to go to the doctor's. Men... they're reduced to little mummy's boys when they're sick and the whole world has to stop for them. He's still in bed today... with back ache and upset tummy.

Read in The Age that the Melbourne Cricket Ground has banned the mexican wave for cricket matches due to the danger involved coz people tend to throw things into the air whilst doing the wave, e.g. bottles, ice and even a hot pie. Hmmm....in my many years of attending soccer matches in the Malaysian Cup days, the wave was a must-do, a sign of support and sporting spirit, and never have I been hit by anything or seen anything thrown into the air. So instead of banning the wave, how about just educating the aussies how to do it right?? Funny thing is, the ban on the mexican wave will not be enforced for other sporting events...and "sports such as soccer did not have a wave culture" - and cricket did?? *scratch head* And they're taking this really seriously, even planting plainclothes "spotters" in the crowd filming with video cameras and relaying the footage directly to police posts who will then eject the perpetrators - seriously! 21 people were ejected from a recent cricket match for doing the wave!!

On a separate issue, I'm into my third trimester now and I still haven't decided on a name yet... it's such an important decision, something that will stick with him forever... and I can't settle on a good name - Tristan? Aiden? Griffin? Takeshi? Help!!!
